Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Gruzoperevozki-Kishinev.md website, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We apply it in line with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

Who we are

The controller of your data is PRIM-LOGIST SRL, the company that operates Gruzoperevozki-Kishinev.md. You can write to us at info@gruzoperevozki-kishinev.md.

What data we collect and why

We collect only the data listed below, each for a clear purpose. Your chosen language and shopping cart stay in your browser only and are not sent to us.

• Order data: your name, phone number, pick-up address and, optionally, destination address, the service chosen, the number of movers and anything you write in the comment field, and for shop orders also the products, quantities, delivery method and total. We use it to take and fulfil your order and to contact you about it. Basis: the contract and steps taken at your request.
• Data on completed orders is also kept for accounting and tax records. Basis: our legal obligation.
• Your IP address and information about your browser, device and operating system, recorded automatically when you use the website. We use it to prevent fraud, spam and abuse of the forms and to keep the website secure. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• The page you came from and the advertising campaign parameters (UTM), recorded automatically. We use them for website statistics and advertising measurement. Basis: your consent, given through the cookie choices.
• Recordings of phone calls with us. We use them for the quality of order handling and to resolve disputes. Basis: our legitimate interest.

Cookies and analytics tools

We use website statistics and advertising-measurement tools, an anti-bot check on the forms, and an embedded map on the contacts page, which sets its provider's cookies.

We ask for your consent to statistics and advertising through the cookie banner. You can change it at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not call you or send you SMS for marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Data reaches only the providers that help us operate: IT services and hosting, the customer-relationship management system, telephony, analytics and advertising-measurement tools. We also pass it to public authorities where the law requires it. Movers and drivers are our own employees, not third parties.

Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including outside the European Economic Area, under the contractual safeguards provided by law.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as necessary, then delete it:

• order data: 3 years, the period during which claims about the work done may arise;
• documents with accounting value: 5 years, as tax law requires;
• phone call recordings: 3 months, for the quality of order handling and dispute resolution.

Data security

We protect data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Only the employees and providers who need it to fulfil orders have access to it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it.

Write to us at info@gruzoperevozki-kishinev.md. We reply within one month at most. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version, with the date of the last update, is published on this page.
